Raja International Cricket Academy (RCA) was founded by Raja Arshad Hayat, a former First Class cricketer with over 45 years of experience. His lifelong dedication to cricket and his personal investment laid the foundation for this academy in Sahiwal.
RCA offers modern cricketing facilities including professional coaching, nets, bowling and fielding machines, and one to one coaching sessions. It is built to provide a structured environment for young players to train and grow in this area.
More than just an academy, RCA is a mission to develop disciplined, skilled, and confident cricketers from the grassroots level. The academy welcomes passionate youth and provides them with the tools and mentorship to reach competitive levels of the game. With a focus on technical training, physical fitness, and mental strength, RCA also emphasizes teamwork, respect, and integrity—values that form the core of a true athlete. Under the leadership of Raja Arshad Hayat, the academy aims to uplift local talent, promote healthy sports culture, and become a recognized hub for cricketing excellence in Pakistan

At RCA, our coaching philosophy combines modern techniques with time-tested principles. Each player is assessed individually, and custom training plans are designed to enhance their strengths and address weaknesses. With the guidance of experienced coaches, players are trained in all aspects of the game — batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match temperament.
ہماری کوچنگ کی سوچ جدید تکنیکوں کو آزمودہ اصولوں کے ساتھ جوڑتی ہے۔ ہر کھلاڑی کا انفرادی طور پر جائزہ لیا جاتا ہے اور ان کی طاقتوں کو بڑھانے اور کمزوریوں کو دور کرنے کے لیے خصوصی تربیتی منصوبے تیار کیے جاتے ہیں۔ تجربہ کار کوچز کی رہنمائی میں کھلاڑیوں کو کھیل کے تمام پہلوؤں — بیٹنگ، بولنگ، فیلڈنگ، فٹنس اور میچ کے مزاج — میں تربیت دی جاتی ہے۔
Our academy is equipped with state-of-the-art cricket infrastructure, including turf and matting wickets, automatic bowling machines, a fielding simulation setup, fitness zones, and a sprinkler irrigation system for pitch maintenance. The addition of a digital performance tracking system is also under development to monitor player progress in real time.

RCA is not just for elite players. One of our key goals is to provide equal opportunities to deserving youth from underprivileged backgrounds. We actively scout talent from local schools and communities, offering them scholarships, mentorship, and full access to training facilities — creating a pathway for their future in cricket.
راجہ کرکٹ اکیڈمی صرف بہترین کھلاڑیوں کے لیے نہیں ہے۔ ہمارے اہم مقاصد میں سے ایک یہ ہے کہ محروم پس منظر رکھنے والے باصلاحیت نوجوانوں کو برابر کے مواقع فراہم کیے جائیں۔ ہم مقامی اسکولوں اور کمیونٹیز سے ٹیلنٹ کی تلاش کرتے ہیں اور انہیں اسکالرشپس، رہنمائی اور تربیتی سہولیات تک مکمل رسائی فراہم کرتے ہیں — تاکہ ان کے کرکٹ میں روشن مستقبل کی راہیں ہموار کی جا سکیں۔
Looking ahead, Raja Cricket Academy aims to expand its reach by hosting inter-academy tournaments, collaborating with national training programs, and building a talent pipeline for regional and national teams. We also plan to integrate advanced technology for coaching, fitness, and match analytics — ensuring our players stay ahead of the curve and evolve with the modern game.
آگے کی جانب دیکھتے ہوئے، راجہ کرکٹ اکیڈمی اپنے دائرہ کار کو وسیع کرنے کا عزم رکھتی ہے۔ اس کے لیے انٹرا اکیڈمی ٹورنامنٹس کا انعقاد، قومی تربیتی پروگرامز کے ساتھ اشتراک اور علاقائی و قومی ٹیموں کے لیے ٹیلنٹ پائپ لائن تیار کرنا شامل ہے۔ ہم کوچنگ، فٹنس اور میچ اینالٹکس کے لیے جدید ٹیکنالوجی کو بھی ضم کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں — تاکہ ہمارے کھلاڑی ہمیشہ جدید کرکٹ کے تقاضوں کے مطابق آگے رہیں اور ترقی کرتے رہیں۔
